A shared journey is different in kind. Two people who have never met agree to sit in a car together for hours, with nobody supervising. So that is where we ask — at the moment you book a journey, from both travellers, and not before.

Every parcel, tiffin and errand gets a four-digit PIN that only the person receiving it holds. The driver cannot mark the job delivered without it. No more "I left it at reception", no more arguing about whether it arrived.

Is it really free?
Rider and driver accounts are both free to create and free to log in. You pay the driver for the job you agreed, plus any tip you choose.
Which vehicle should I pick?
Car for passengers and luggage, motorcycle for speed and lower cost, bicycle for local delivery under 8 km.
Can I track my job?
Yes. Every booking gets a code — follow it in your portal, or share the code with the receiver so they can watch it arrive.
Can I book the same run every day?
Yes. A monthly plan locks the same driver, days and time window, and saves 20–30%.
Do I need to upload ID?
Not to book a ride, parcel or tiffin — those need nothing. A government ID is asked for only when you book a shared journey, from both travellers, because that is where two strangers travel together unsupervised.
Can I travel with someone going my way?
Yes — the shared journeys board lets drivers sell spare seats and riders post where they need to get to. It is a private arrangement between the travellers; read the safety notes on that page first.
