Why we built it this way
Work should not require permission
Most work asks you to prove yourself before it pays you anything. A CV. An interview. Two years of experience for an entry-level job. References from people who have moved on. Weeks of waiting, and then a letter that says no.
Meanwhile the rent is due on the same day it was always due.
Somebody in your city needs a parcel taken across town this afternoon. Somebody's mother has cooked lunch that needs to reach an office by half past twelve. That work exists right now, it is not complicated, and it does not need a CV. All it needs is someone reliable with a way to move — and that is a job you can start tomorrow.
So we built the platform around that idea. Free to join. Free to stay. No interview, no experience, no minimum hours, no shifts to be assigned. Switch yourself online when you need work and offline when you are done.
Hard times are not a character flaw. They are a cash-flow problem, and cash flow is fixable — if somebody will let you work.

Being straight with you
What we will not promise
Platforms that promise a fixed income are lying, and people in a hard month deserve better than that.
- We cannot promise you a figure. What you earn depends on your city, the hours you put in, how many drivers are already there, and what people are sending that week.
- We cannot promise instant work. In a city where we are new, there may be very little at first. You can see the waiting demand before you commit.
- Your costs are yours. Fuel, maintenance, insurance and tax do not disappear because the platform is free. Work out what a kilometre costs you before you quote a price.
- Some jobs will not be worth taking. Knowing which to decline is most of the skill, and we would rather teach it than pretend it does not exist.
What we can promise is this: the door is open, it is free, and nobody will ask you what you were doing last year. The rest is yours to build.
No mystery
So how does imcomingg make money?
A platform that says everything is free and never explains how it survives is either hiding something or about to disappear. Here is the whole answer.
Free, permanently
Short and long rides. Parcels. Tiffin delivery. Custom jobs. Monthly plans. Shared journeys. Return legs.
No joining fee, no monthly fee, no commission on your fare, no cut of your tips. Not as an introductory offer — as the design.
Paid: the premium tier only
When a professional books an executive or luxury vehicle, we add a service fee on top of the owner's rate. The professional pays it. The owner still receives every unit of the price they published.
That single fee funds everything else on this page.
It is a deliberate trade. The people using the premium tier are businesses with budgets, and a service fee is a rounding error to them. The person delivering tiffin to pay rent is the reason the platform exists, and taking a percentage from them would defeat the point of building it.
Free for the people earning. Paid by the people profiting.
Both ends of the same platform
The person who needs work, and the person who needs the work done
A student delivering tiffin at lunchtime pays their rent. A professional books an executive car for a week of client meetings. Both are on imcomingg, and the money moves from one to the other without us standing in the middle taking a cut of it.
That is the whole design. Premium at one end funds nothing at the other — it simply means there is more work on the board, at more price points, for more people.
